Model Engineering

What is Model Engineering?   It is the art of creating a miniature working model of a machine, using many of the same processes as they were performed on the full sized machines.  Imagine building a working steam plant; erecting it part by part just like it was done in real life; then firing it up and having it run and do whatever work you have designed it to do! That is the essence of  M.E .. . .  Collected here is an assortment of machinist kits from many of the finest power model manufacturers from around the world.
You can choose from a variety of steam engines, boilers, gas engines, hot air engines, miniature shop tools, accessories and books to help you with your projects.

Prices do not include shipping and some are subject to change on the whims of my distributors.  Most kits contain castings and drawings only, unless specified as a complete kit. Some items are also available as Mechanic's kits or R-T-R at a higher cost.
